Introduction
Welcome to Gangnam Style AI, an online service for generating AI images, video, and audio from your own creative inputs. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected when you use gangnamstyle-ai-video.com, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. Use of the service is also subject to our Terms of Service.
Information Collection and Use
We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve Gangnam Style AI:
Account Information
- What we collect: For email accounts, we store your email address, account name, and a salted password hash; we do not store your password in plain text. For Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We also store session data needed to authenticate you.
- Purpose: To create and protect your account, recognize you when you return, and communicate about support or service issues.
AI Image, Video, and Audio Generation Data
- What we collect: Uploaded photos, reference audio and video, prompts, lyrics or style instructions, selected settings, generated media, task status, and related metadata.
- Purpose: To process your request, display or deliver results, troubleshoot errors, and manage your generation history.
Usage Details
- What we collect: Pages visited, features used, generation activity, credit transactions, and interaction data.
- Purpose: To operate the service, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Device and Log Information
- What we collect: Device and browser type, IP address, referring URL, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
- Purpose: To provide the service on different devices, maintain security, and investigate technical issues.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
- What we collect: Session cookies and other identifiers needed to remember account state and preferences.
- Purpose: To keep you signed in and support essential site functions. Google Analytics cookies also help measure public-page visits, as described below.
Payment and Billing Information
- What we collect: Purchased packs or subscription plans, billing intervals, credits, order and subscription status, payment and invoice identifiers, billing-period and cancellation information, and billing details supplied by our payment processor.
- Purpose: To process purchases, add credits, issue receipts, resolve payment questions, and prevent fraud. Gangnam Style AI does not store full card numbers.
Data Storage and Security
Cloudflare Workers hosts the service, D1 stores account, order, subscription, invoice, credit, and generation records, and R2 stores uploaded and generated media. We use account checks and temporary signed media links to control access. Anyone holding a valid temporary link may access that file while the link remains valid. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information when needed to:
- Stripe processes one-time credit-pack payments and recurring subscriptions. We retain order, amount, currency, payment status, customer and subscription identifiers, invoice records, and billing-period information to manage purchases and monthly credits. Records of earlier Waffo Pancake payments may remain for support, reconciliation, and legal requirements. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Kie receives the prompts, reference media, and settings needed for Nano Banana 2 image generation and Kie-powered video requests, including Wan 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast, and FlyingCar. fal.ai receives the reference photo and generation settings for new Ozil goal video requests. APIMart receives music-generation inputs and processes historical video jobs. These providers and their model providers may process the inputs under their own terms and privacy policies.
- fal.ai also receives generated videos and template soundtracks to combine audio and video for Gangnam Style and Window Peeper.
- Operate hosting, storage, authentication, security, and support functions through trusted service providers.
- Comply with law, respond to valid requests, or protect the rights and safety of Gangnam Style AI and its users.
- Complete a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand visits and page performance on public pages. Google processes browser, device and visit information for this service.
Account, API, guest-wallet and sign-in/sign-up pages are excluded from analytics. Page URLs sent to Google Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. We do not send uploaded photos, prompts, email addresses, wallet recovery codes, account identifiers or order identifiers.
Google signals, advertising personalization and enhanced measurement are disabled. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and International Processing
Account records, uploads, generated media, and generation history are retained to operate your account and provide the service. Uploads do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Contact support to request deletion; we may retain records needed for payment reconciliation, legal obligations, security, or disputes.
Temporary link expiry does not delete the underlying file. Our providers may retain their own processing records under their policies. Data may be processed outside your country by the providers described here; applicable data-protection requirements still apply.
User Content
You are responsible for the images, text, audio instructions, and other content you upload. Please use material you own or have permission to use, and avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your intended use. Generated output can depend on the input you provide and on the capabilities of the AI models used to provide the service.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy as Gangnam Style AI changes. The date above indicates the latest update. Material changes will be announced on this page or through another appropriate service notice. Continued use after the updated policy takes effect means the updated policy applies.
